Wednesday, November 12th
3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT

Join Rashelle and Jeannine for a candid discussion on how top compliance teams choose to build, buy, or use AI to create a smarter hybrid approach to training. We’ll explore:

  • When to build vs. buy: Key signals that it’s time to move from homegrown content to vendor-supported training, and when it’s worth bringing it back in-house.
  • The real trade-offs: What teams often underestimate about time, talent, and risk when building internally.
  • Making the case: How to weigh ROI, flexibility, and stakeholder expectations across Legal, IT, and People.
  • How AI is changing training: Offering personalized, scalable training without the heavy lift of a bespoke build.
  • Real examples: How Meta, Microsoft, and peers balance culture-driven customization with efficiency and scale.
  • Peer Q&A: How compliance leaders are using a “build + buy + AI” approach to boost credibility, efficiency, and engagement.
