Report highlights:

• Customization delays are holding teams back. 
  Nearly two-thirds said it takes a week or longer to implement course edits with their vendor — a major issue when compliance needs to move as fast as regulation.

• Training is taking too long — and leaders are feeling the pressure. 
  One-third of respondents said their training programs take employees five or more hours to complete. It’s no wonder nearly half (46%) reported feeling pressure to shorten training time.
